En el marco del campeonato argentino de Fiat Competizione, diseñamos la gráfica vehicular para un auto con un espíritu muy especial: rendir homenaje al gran Jorge Recalde y a su mítico Lancia Delta de los años 80.
Recalde, leyenda del automovilismo y único argentino en ganar una fecha del Grupo A del Campeonato Mundial de Rally con el Lancia Delta Integrale, sigue siendo un símbolo de la pasión por el rally cordobés. Esa misma pasión mediterránea —por la tierra y el rugir de los motores— fue la que llevó a Martín Sosa (piloto del auto y amigo) a proponernos este proyecto. ¡Siempre agradecidos por la confianza!
Nuestro desafío fue reinterpretar la estética icónica del Lancia, adaptándola a los estándares y exigencias del Fiat Competizione. Un proyecto que combina diseño, historia, velocidad y amistad, y que mantiene viva la memoria del campeón, trasladando la pasión del rally cordobés a las pistas de todo el país.
As part of the Argentine Fiat Competizione championship, we designed the vehicle graphics for a car with a very special spirit: to pay tribute to the great Jorge Recalde and his legendary 1980s Lancia Delta.
Recalde, a motorsport legend and the only Argentine to win a Group A round of the World Rally Championship with the Lancia Delta Integrale, remains a symbol of the passion for rallying in Córdoba. That same Mediterranean passion —for the land and the roar of engines— inspired Martín Sosa (driver of the car and a friend) to bring this project to us. We’re always grateful for the trust!
Our challenge was to reinterpret the iconic Lancia aesthetic, adapting it to the standards and demands of the Fiat Competizione. A project that blends design, history, speed, and friendship, keeping the champion’s memory alive while bringing the spirit of Córdoba’s rally to tracks all over the country.
